When you join as an individual faculty member, opportunities may include:

• Building collaborative relationships across campus
• Having CLASP students meet with you during office hours
• Learning about and attending CLASP-sponsored events and professionalization workshops throughout the year
• Access to free resources, such as our faculty training modules, to help guide you
• The ability to meet and form relationships with underrepresented students
• Additional service hours

When you join as a department, opportunities may include:

• Access to research-based retention strategies
• Encouraging faculty to meet with students one-on-one
• Learning about and attending CLASP-sponsored events and professionalization workshops throughout the year
• Additional service hours for instructors
• Building collaborative relationships across campus

When you join as a Student Services partner, opportunities may include:

• A chance to encourage your own students be part of the CLASP program
• Representation on the CLASP Steering Committee
• Partnering with CLASP to provide campus and community resources on working with underrepresented students
