When you join as an individual faculty member, opportunities may include:
- Building collaborative relationships across campus
- Having CLASP students meet with you during office hours
- Learning about and attending CLASP-sponsored events and professionalization workshops throughout the year
- Access to free resources, such as our faculty training modules, to help guide you
- The ability to meet and form relationships with underrepresented students
- Additional service hours
When you join as a department, opportunities may include:
- Access to research-based retention strategies
- Encouraging faculty to meet with students one-on-one
- Learning about and attending CLASP-sponsored events and professionalization workshops throughout the year
- Additional service hours for instructors
- Building collaborative relationships across campus
When you join as a Student Services partner, opportunities may include:
- A chance to encourage your own students be part of the CLASP program
- Representation on the CLASP Steering Committee
- Partnering with CLASP to provide campus and community resources on working with underrepresented students
